Summary
Liquid storage tanks are important structures for storing liquids. The behavior of Liquid storage tanks in seismic zones depends on the type of the structure, its shape, the way it is supported and other many other parameters. The main purpose of this course is to introduce the most common types of Liquid storage tanks and to identify the main parameters that play an important role in their dynamic behavior during an earthquake.
